Itinerary

Day 1 :
Arrival at Kochi | Drive to Munnar | Explore the Kashmir of South India

#After landing in Kochi, get welcomed by our representative at the airport/railway station.
#The representative will help you get transferred to Munnar, a place known for its tea plantations, rolling hills, picture postcard hamlets and undulating valleys.
#On your way to Munnar, visit the cascading Valara and Cheyyappara waterfalls and capture some beautiful moments there.
#Pay a visit to the tea gardens to understand what it takes to make a perfect cup of tea.
#Later get transferred to the hotel in a sanitized vehicle and enjoy a drive to the hotel.
#You can spend the rest of the day at leisure.
#Stroll around the markets or visit nearby places to witness the beauty of this place.
#Overnight stay at the hotel in Munnar

Day 2 :
Munnar | Indulge in Munnar Sightseeing

#Suggest to Start at 9am for sightseeing with Eravikulam National park visit followed by Tea Museum.
#Post lunch we visit Mattuppetty dam, Echo point, Kundala Lake, View points and Botanical Garden.
#Click some postcard pictures while wandering around the Mattupetty Lake and Dam, Echo
Point, Kundale Lake, Blossom Garden.
#Explore the wilderness of Rajamalai National park (home to the endangered Nilgiri Thar mountain goat amongst others).
#Note: Eravikulam National Park ticket can be booked in advance or at counter.
#The park is closed from Feb mid to April mid due to breeding time of goats.
#Tea Museum is closed on Monday.
#Overnight stay at the hotel in Munnar.

Day 3 :
Munnar to Thekkady | Tiger Reserve and Spice Plantations

#After breakfast in the hotel, prepare yourself for the next journey towards Thekkady.
#Upon your arrival in Thekkady, check in to the hotel and freshen up.
#Depart for a sightseeing tour of Thekkady.
#Do a boat ride on the Periyar Lake through the Periyar Tiger Reserve and have a chance to see the big cat (Ticket can be booked in advance or at counter).
#Optional activities like Kathakali, Elephant ride, Elephant bath, Tribal dance, Musical fountain, Ayurveda massages.
#All activities has separate entrance fees.
#In the evening visit to spice garden or take a stroll at the local markets in Thekkady and enjoy the local cuisines.
#Overnight stay at Hotel in Thekkady.

Day 4 :
Thekkedy to Alleppey | Welcome to the land of lush backwaters | Houseboat Stay

#After Breakfast, check out from the hotel, drive to Alleppey and embark on your houseboat and cruise on the Backwaters.
#Thekkady to Alleppey would take 4 hrs hence suggest to start by 8am to reach Houseboat by 12 – 1PM.
#Houseboat will be stopped for lunch for 1hrs with cruise till 5,30 pm.
#Boat will be anchored till next day morning with 1hour cruise in the morning for check out at 9am.
#There are different categories of houseboat available like Deluxe, Premium and Luxury, Deluxe is the basic boat.
#In the houseboat you will be greeted with welcome drink, tea, snacks, mineral water, lunch, dinner and breakfast.
#You can enjoy and observe the palm-fringed landscape from your houseboat.
#Apart from the mesmerizing surroundings, it's the life along the backwaters that makes this a fascinating experience.
#Enjoy the dinner with a mesmerizing view of the backwaters.
#Overnight stay on Houseboat.

Day 5 :
Alleppey to Cochin Drop | Time to head back home with a plethora of memories

#Visit Alleppey beach and drive to Cochin for sightseeing.
#Depends on time availability and holiday we will choose from sightseeing options at Cochin which are Fort cochin, Navy museum, St Francis church, Chinese fishing net, Santa clause basilica, Mattanchery palace, Jewish synagogue, Marian drive, Tripunitura hill palace and Lulu mall.
#Timings and holiday at Cochin: Hill palace opens from 9AM to 4PM with holiday on Monday.
#Dutch palace holiday on Friday.
#Synagogue opens from 10am to 12noon and 3 to 5PM with holiday on Friday and Saturday and Jewish holidays.
#Depends on departure time, our representative will be dropping you at respective station or airport at Cochin

  • 3 Star Hotel Accommodation as mentioned with Breakfast and Dinner.
  • Houseboat as mentioned with breakfast, lunch and dinner if the package includes Houseboat.
  • Refreshment room on arrival day: Yes

Exclusions

  • GST (5%) is applicable extra.
  • Entrance fees at sightseeing spots.
  • Sightseeing spots which are not mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Optional activities which require payment.
  • Any kind of food or beverage that is not included in the package like alcoholic drinks, mineral water, meals/refreshments/lunches on the highway.
  • Any personal expenses like a tip to the drivers, entry to monuments/monasteries, camera/video , camera charges, laundry, telephone bills, tips, etc
  • Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, roadblocks etc.(to be borne directly by the customer on the spot)
  • Anything not mentioned in the inclusions.

Terms and Conditions

Fresh-up on the day of arrival or departure, if required.
Rooms at Munnar, Thekkady, Ooty, Kodaikanal are calculated with Non-A/C rooms unless mentioned as A/C in itinerary ( if the itinerary has any of the places mentioned).
Check in and Check out to hotels will be as per hotel policy, most of the hotels has check in at 2PM and check out 11am.
If the package includes houseboat, check-in is at 12Noon and cruises till 5:30 PM with 1hour halt for lunch, and Boat will be anchored till 8 AM and cruises till 9 AM for checkout.
Houseboat category starts with Deluxe (AC only in room from 9pm to 5am), Premium (AC only in room, but full time) and Luxury with glass covered in front area and provide full time AC both in room as well sitting area.
We suggest you check reviews and location of hotels to make sure the selected hotel is as per your interests.
Changing a hotel on arrival will incur cancellation charge.
Payment for extra bed/breakfast for kids not mentioned has to be paid directly as per hotel policy.
Some hotels provide only mattress for extra bed and not coat.
The breakfast menu is at the sole discrimination of hotel.
Some sightseeing spots have weekly holidays, and we won’t be able to compensate if travelling falls on this day.
During the tour, if you face any difficulty or lag in service, it may be informed to us at the moment to act upon.

Booking Procedure

You can confirm the package by paying a token amount.
We have all the options of a cash deposit, google pay, Paytm, PayPal, NEFT, etc.
Once you do the advance transfer, we initiate hotel booking and on completion of booking voucher will be forwarded to you.
In case of non-availability of hotels, the same will be communicated to you and would provide alternate options where package cost varies with the new hotel selected.
Full advance paid will be refunded if the new hotel option is not convincing to you (need to inform us in one day time).
Cab details will be sent to you through SMS and email one day before arrival, and the chauffeur will pick you.
Balance payment should be made at least two days before arrival.

Booking Confirmation Policy

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
