After choosing the itinerary that you plan to take up, you will have to fill a “Send Enquiry” form which will provide us with the information we need to call you back. You may expect a call back within 24 hours.

If you have a new booking enquiry where you need to know more about a trip or a package, Please fill in the necessary details on the “Send Enquiry” tab on the particular product page or call on the number available on the website.

In order to reschedule the trip kindly send us an email on [email protected] or you can simply call us on our number mentioned on booking confirmation ticket sent to you from [email protected]

Usually we close the online booking 10 days before the commencement of the trip. You can connect with us on the phone directly and enquire about the trip you want. If situation permits then you can directly hop on with GoChill Trips.

We request you to check the cancellation policy(link) on the trip package page on our website. To proceed with cancellations you may go ahead and raise a ticket with subject as “booking cancellation” at [email protected]

Cancellation is based upon cancellation policies of the product that you have booked. We request you to please review the cancellation policies mentioned on the website here(link). After reviewing the policies if you want to cancel your booking, we request you to raise a ticket with the subject as “booking cancellation” at [email protected]

We provide an invoice for every booking. We send you the GST Invoice/Invoice on email/whatsapp just after you complete the payment.

If the tour is not available right now, probably the tour is already booked for the date. You may check the availability of the tour by connecting on the phone number displayed on the website.
